What to eat

Constipation

Constipation may occur when you are not physically active enough, not drinking enough fluid, not eating enough fiber, taking medications, etc.

To get rid of constipation, you should exercise appropriately, take a lot of fluid and eat foods that soften the stool.

If the exercise or food does not relieve the constipation, consult your doctor.

Foods that soften the stool

Dried fruits, chocolate, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, spicy foods, prune, orange juice, broccoli, spinach, etc.

Banana, rice, bread, potato, peanut butter, apple sauce, cheese, tapioca, yogurt, mushroom, pasta
